“I See the Moon, the Moon Sees Me”

Dear Aunts and Uncles,

I miss you so much that I decided to sing a song for you. When you see the moon up in the sky at night, think of me and the moon shining down on me way out here in the brown desert.

I love you!

Silas Clark

p.s. In case you can’t make out what I’m singing, here are the words to the song. I like to start in the middle of the song, so I didn’t sing the first two lines. Just making it my own!

I see the moon, the moon sees me,
Shining through the old oak tree.
Please let the light that shines on me,
Shine on the one I love.
Over the mountains, over the sea,
That’s where my heart is longing to be.
Please let the light that shines on me,
Shine on the one I love.

  1. Tell Silas that he did a great job with that song. It was so cute listening to him, since I listen to him singing that song twice. Sound’s like with enough practice he’ll be singing more song’s.
