Yes, we’re now riding the exciting house hunting roller coaster! It’s hard to believe, but so wonderful to dream of having our own home! The massive drop in housing prices here in Phoenix, combined with the low interest rates and the first-time home buyers’ tax credit, make this the ideal time for buying a home.

Just 3 or so years ago, you couldn’t buy a home for less than $250,000. Now homes are running as low as $70-130,000! We fell in love with one 4 bedroom/2 bath house, but someone put a bid in on it before we had a chance. We’ll keep hunting.  Once we have a house, we’ll definitely need friends and family to come fill it up, so plan your AZ vacations!
